Helle-Riin has a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from the University of Tartu. At the moment she is working on her master’s degree. Her fitness journey begun as a gymnast and a dancer. While studying at the university, she also discovered strength training. In addition to personal trainings, Helle-Riin also teaches children’s dance classes. Helle-Riin likes challenges and is always ready to experience and learn new things. Why not learn with her? Teadmised hästi funktsioneerivast kehast on Uku omandanud Tartu Ülikooli kehakultuuriteaduskonnas. Ta on täiskohaga treener ning oma treenerikarjääri jooksul on tal olnud võimalus treenida Eesti tippe nii ujumises, saalihokis kui ka võrkpallis. Ta teab nende sportlaste tippu jõudmise valemeid organiseeritud ning planeeritud jõutreeningus. Alati ei võida see, kes treenib kõige rohkem, vaid see, kes treenib kõige targemalt. Tule alusta Sinagi teed enda eesmärkide saavutamise poole, olgu need siis suured või väikesed.

Uku has acquired his knowledge about a well-functioning body from the University of Tartu’s Department of Physical Education. He is a full-time trainer and during his coaching career, he has had the opportunity to train Estonian champions both in swimming, floorball and volleyball. He knows the formulas of how these athletes reached the top through organized and planned fitness training. It’s the one who trains the smartest, who usually wins, not the one who trains the hardest. Maarja has a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tartu. For the last few years she has been working as a trainer at the BC Tartu Basketball School. For the last season, she also worked as a physiotherapist for the team and for the last two season, she also worked as a physiotherapist for the U16 boys’ basketball team. She is an athlete who likes to combine elements from various sports into her training. Strength training is a supporting component for all sports, it doesn’t matter if you want to become faster, stronger or more durable. In addition, it plays an important role in preventing injuries. For Maarja, the most important thing is that the workout would always be challenging and of course, would give a positive charge for the rest of the day.
